Lemongrass Crispy Garbanzo Beans

This is a really great alternative to fried chips and easy to make in an air fryer in under 10 minutes. It is 0 points on WW (formerly Weight Watchers).  You can add this to salads, have as a vegan snack as part of a plant based diet, or just munch on if you are on a plant based diet.

  • 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil

  • 1 Millie's Thai Lemongrass broth bag

  1. Prep the garbanzo beans by drying them on a paper towel or a salad spinner.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the garbanzo beans with the oil and the contents of the Thai Lemongrass broth bag. Mix until totally covered.
  3. Air fry the garbanzo beans for 8 to 10 minutes at 390 degrees F. If you want them more crispy, cook for 1 to 3 more minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, but you may not need any more. Serve right away.
