The Lemon Spinach Tody is an easy immunity boosting brothtail that is made with a couple of simple ingredients.
I used when was on clear liquid only because of a hiatal hernia, and was pending surgery during the COVID pandemic . These were my go to yummy and great flavor. Now my 14 granddaughter who was diagnosed with Achalasia and is on a feeding tube and clear liquids only until surgery in late June. She loves them too!

I love to sip on this broth at various times in the day. It always feel like comfort in a cup. I drink one between breakfast and lunch and then again around 3 when I need a little something. When I’m winding down in the evening, I’ll occasionally sip while I’m watching my evening shows or reading a book. They are simply delicious and so easy to make.
