I found Millie's Sipping Broth Tea Bags one day when I was shopping at Sam's Club. They coming with 3 flavors the Thai Lemongrass, Pho, and Tortilla soup.

But my Favorite is the Thai Lemongrass Sipping Broth! I drink it every morning with an apple after word for some fiber. They have helped me lose weight because they satisfy my craving for something savory. Eating a salad and one of these sipping broths also works for lunch time. Amazing product!
