Millie's Broth is great for fasting!!

Millie's delicious broths have been a game changer during my 16 hour fasts. I generally don't feel hungry in the morning, but by 1pm I'm starting to feel hungry. It is shocking how robust the flavors are of these broths! I just have one cup and I'm good to go until my fast ends at 3pm. I also enjoy them as an evening snack. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors. I purchased a variety that featured the spicy tortilla, lemongrass, and Delight Pho flavors. The lemongrass is probably my favorite as it tastes like Thai Tom Kha soup! 🥰. I love this healthy, flavorful broth!!!

A solution to a problem that you didn’t know you had!

I love Millie’s sipping broth. I have a cup of it everyday between lunch and dinner when I’m in my “snacking mode”. It helps so tremendously. And they’re delicious. I had an issue with my first order through Amazon so I reached out directly to the company and they were incredibly understanding and fixed the problem with absolutely zero issue. I recommend this sipping broth to everyone and now my mom and sister drink it at well!
